The super nice team, especially Volt and Frank. We enjoyed Tai Chi in the park and the amazing breakfast buffet daily. The hotel's location near shops and cafes is perfect for exploring. Don't miss the restaurant with great food and flower tea!

We faced minor delays getting a taxi from the hotel during peak hours, but the staff worked hard to assist us.

Marvellous and stunning location, 10 minutes' walk to a Zen Buddhist temple. Extremely comfy beds, a mini-fridge-bar, a writing desk, and ironing facilities in the room. Amiable and attentive staff providing friendly services.

Staying at the Green Lake felt special. The view from my room was amazing. I could see the serene lake right outside. The breakfast buffet impressed me with its variety. There were both traditional Chinese dishes and Western options, perfect for starting the day. One pleasant surprise was the warm soup delivered to my room after dinner. A good touch. The spacious room had great amenities, including a mini-fridge and air conditioning, though the thermostat took some time to cool down was good. While the staff were eager to help, I faced some language barriers , made ordering food more challenging than expected, causing minor frustration. The hotel offers an elegant aesthetic, complete with beautiful floral arrangements in its lavish entrance. I enjoyed my stay, but the language barrier and thermostat issues need addressing.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a cozy seating area where we could unwind. The fine view of the lake brought a peaceful vibe, and the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of options including tasty Western dishes and enticing local favorites.
